The Harmless is a new project by musicians Hugo Kruis [vocals and bass], Joost van Beek [drums] and Steven de Leeuw [guitar], who have been sharing a stage for years in various formations and finally decided to put a band together when they made the unique discovery that their bassist could sing. With one bass string too many and a meticulously tuned drum kit, their well-practised, easy coordination makes them a joy to watch on stage together.

 

Now that they’ve finished writing and recording their first songs, the band is hitting the stage while working to complete recording their first EP.
